Facade Restoration & Structural Repair
When the leadership team at SpringHill Suites Times Square faced urgent stone facade damage—including a dislodged slab and potential structural concerns—Kaptive Partners responded with speed, precision, and professionalism. Our team immediately began coordinating with the client and architect to identify the exact stone specifications, while also preparing to source matching material in the event original specs were unavailable. We dispatched our team onsite within 48 hours to assess the damage firsthand and map out a clear path for repair, minimizing downtime and disruption. Our commitment was simple: resolve the issue swiftly, reduce stress for the property team, and restore the building’s aesthetic and structural integrity without delay.

Hotel Alameda, Highline

This project encompasses the comprehensive facade restoration of the hotel as part of its compliance with New York City’s Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic excellence.

Viceroy Hotel Group Anguilla
The Viceroy Hotel Anguilla (now the Four Seasons Anguilla) stands as a testament to Kaptive Partners’ commitment to excellence in luxury hospitality development. Spanning 35 acres of pristine Caribbean beachfront, this ultra-luxury resort was meticulously developed to deliver a world-class guest experience while harmonizing with the island’s natural beauty.



From the ground up, Travis McDonald oversaw every aspect of the project, including master planning, construction, and operational setup. The resort features 166 exquisite accommodations, including private villas and suites, complemented by state-of-the-art amenities such as five restaurants, multiple infinity pools, a luxury spa, and facilities for snorkeling, diving, and yacht services. Collaborating with renowned designer Kelly Wearstler, the project emphasized architectural elegance and high-end comfort, showcasing seamless indoor-outdoor living with breathtaking ocean views.

Umami Burger
Kaptive Partners spearheaded the comprehensive development of Umami Burger, a pioneering gourmet burger chain renowned for its unique umami flavor profile. Our involvement encompassed the full spectrum of development services, from initial concept design to the successful launch of over 50 locations across the United States.



Our strategic approach included market analysis, site selection, architectural planning, and construction management, ensuring each restaurant embodied the brand’s distinctive identity while catering to local demographics. Tonda Italian Pizzeta Restaurant
Kaptive Partners proudly developed Tonda Pizza, formerly located on the vibrant corner of 30th Street and Broadway in Manhattan’s NoMad district. This flagship establishment showcases our commitment to creating distinctive dining experiences, seamlessly blending traditional Italian culinary artistry with contemporary design.
From concept to completion, we managed every facet of Tonda Pizza’s development, including site selection, architectural planning, construction, and operational setup. The restaurant featured a menu centered around authentic Italian ingredients, with the pizzetta as its signature dish, complemented by focaccia, a variety of salads, soups, and desserts.



Strategically situated in the heart of New York City’s NoMad district, Tonda Pizza was surrounded by iconic architecture and was just blocks away from landmarks such as Madison Square Garden, Herald Square, and the Empire State Building.
